Juicy, custom made to order double burger. Yummy!!!

We ordered the Little Bacon Cheese Burger. It did not have any flavor. The fries were saggy and greasy. The service was awful. We ordered large fries and got the run around to get ketchup. Employees have attitudes. Overpriced. Not worthy!

Excellent service. The staff was outstanding as well as the food quality.

More expensive than i rememberd

Just received my order and had it delivered through Uber eats and the bacon cheeseburger had no burger at all... just bacon, lettuce, and mushrooms.

Very friendly. Service is quick and good. I’ve eaten at other five guys and was very disappointed in the fries. They were greasy, limp and not cooked enough. I will not go to this place again.

Borh of my burger orders were too dry ,not put together very well and not as tasty when I received it. They used to be juicy and delicious, I do not know what happened to them.

I expected better. It was just ok. The beef is lacking flavor. Fries are great.

Sloppily made greasy over priced burger. Overly greasy fries that didn't seem to be fully cooked. We got two bacon cheese burgers two orders of fries and no drinks and it cost $28. Nope! The only reason for the 2and star is for the friendliness of the people working there. They greeted us and coming and said have a nice day going. Upbeat crew. Good people.

If you like the good old-fashioned taste of hamburger that's juicy but still cooked and they're fries or handcut on site and they really do taste like potatoes.

Really appreciate a great workforce. Employees are very polite, fast, and make wonderful food. Fries rocked.

Nice burgers

Never go back again. Was glad when they opened but the service and customer service are BAD. Ordered 2 burgers. Neither with mushrooms yet they put mushrooms on both. Mushrooms are deadly to one of us and the otjer fors not like them. They had to redo the burgers. The reciept had mushrooms on both yet I do not order them When I called corporate and askex them to have the franchise's owner call me about this what I got eas a call from store manager. He said the person was new. The mistake could have sickened or killed one ofus but when I explained this agsin I got the story that tbe person was new. Maybe they should train people before they let them take orders. Have not nor will I ever ho back there If you hsve any food allergies this isa good place to stay away from

Five Guys is a best blend of great quality burgers, the best fries I can imagine, large portions, speed of service, and a casual environment. The meals are cooked to order and I've never had a bad experience here.

This is one of the nicest 5 guys restaurant I've been in. Their staff was very courteous and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was very clean and everyone were masks. Handicap parking right out front very accessible.

Five Guys is always amazing but they are too expensive. A family of 4 could easy spend $50 on burgers and fries.

Fast,friendly service. I had a Bacon cheeseburger and regular fries with a chocolate shake and my wife had Cheese dog , regular fries and a Coffee shake. Came to $33 and change . Food was good ! Sat down to eat. Clean environment and played good music (which is always a plus) . Only reason for 4 stars is $33 was a little steep for what we got and the shakes were smaller than expected

It's a shame that this covid-19 situation has made this place less popular but I like it I like all the Five Guys establishments. This is a brand new store that's open. It's hard to tell that it's open because of the Smoky glass windows but yes it is open come one come all and enjoy the great burger and a pretty good staff

Great fresh burgers

Hubby and myself each had a small burger and split a med. fry. No drink. $15.00 expensive but very good. Not sure if we would go back...to $$$for seniors on ss.

Overpriced. Bacon double cheeseburger regular fries regular drink $15. The hamburgers are kind of bland. Fries are great, soda is good. Was excited to hear this was opening but my experience left me underwhelmed and imo overcharged.

Fine place for delicious burgers. dropped in on mon i think. the service here is attentive. this place has an awesome atmosphere. menu is like a cafe in indianapolis i liked.

The food is good and I love their french fries The only problem I have is for a small cheeseburger a medium fry and a drink cost me over $15. Well good Price doesn't make it worth it.

Went there last night, 9-22-20, and they have been open about 3 weeks...I was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Just in case you're not familiar with them, you park and walk in (or maybe still curbside,) but no drive-thru. It wouldn't work good anyway, because everything is made to order. This location DOES have milkshakes, although it's not currently on their online menu to pre-order or have delivered. Everyone was wearing masks, and they have temporarily eliminated the condiments area and peanut bins for community scooping, but they are happy to give you pre-packed bags of peanuts (and condiments) for more sanitary individual consumption. I agree with the previous reviewer that their buns and fries DO tend to get a bit soggy/limp. [My own fix for that is to resist the urge to add excessive numbers of their **17** free toppings, and stick to my favorite 5 or 6 (or 7....) and this being a common problem for me, since I take food home and eat it hours later.] As far as the fries, they are really good, with Cajun spice for no extra charge, and they are ridiculously large, 2 mediums will feed 4 adults with leftovers. See picture, that is what's left with 2 servings ALREADY removed. The employees were really nice, patient when I needed to add an order of milkshakes, mixed them up quick so I could get going, offered me a drink holder, and put everything else in a bag with handles for easier carrying. Well, these might sound like little things, but really, these days, little things can make a big difference!
